The Booty Barre™ workout is a uniquely fun, high-energy group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Dance, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. You’ll firm, tighten and tone your whole body without adding bulk, and you’ll burn mega-calories along the way. It is a structured, easy-to-follow pre-choreographed 50-minute class routine. The Booty Barre™ -Plus is the original Booty Barre™ experience, which alternates deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of fat-blasting cardio techniques. The fluid dance-inspired class is set to an upbeat music selection at a vigorous pace to get your heart pumping. No dance experience is required.
Chair/Reformer Class - 50 minutes This class is for the experienced Pilates student looking to add a different dimension to their routine. You will be led through the basic exercises of the Chair, utilizing the pedal, seat and handles with springs in a variety of positions. Must have some Pilates experience with the Reformer or Mat.
Jump Class - 50 minutes A high intensity class combining cardio with Pilates exercises all done on the reformers. A very fun, but intense class that will give you the "awareness" you are looking for! Prerequisite Notes This is a HIGH INTENSITY class...people with injuries or new to Pilates should try Group Reformer or Intro to Group prior to this class.
Jump Class REMIX! - 50 minutes This is just a fun take on our popular classic jump. More exercises and different jumps....can you handle the challenge?!
Kickboxing/Chair Class - 50 minutes
Kick your workout up to the next level with this calorie burning class! Cardio Kickboxing can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, and balance. Challenging leg and core movements on the chair will be added into this class to give you a full hour of cardiovascular and strength movements. This class is for all levels and participants can move at their own pace. Please wear tennis shoes.
Mixed Equipment Class - 50 minutes This is an instructor's choice class. It is dependent on the students enrolled in the class and the needs of those students. A fun and challenging way to experience all of the equipment in the studio while still receiving a full body workout.
Pilates Mat Class - 50 minutes Mat Class is done on the floor using your body and sometimes props. We supply the mats!
Pilates Power Hour - 50 minutes
Pilates Power Hour is an invigorating fusion of classic Pilates equipment movements, fat burning cardiovascular exercises, as well as full body strength building. They key principles of Pilates core training added to more modern movements make this workout powerful. It is a full body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio. Pilates Power Hour is fun, quick paced, and will work your body from head to toe. This class is for all levels.
Pilates Remix - 50 minutes This is a full body workout that utilizes a mix of the equipment in the studio. It is sure to challenge the body and mind to work together and to push you to the next level.
Reformer Class - Beginner 50 minutes
Welcome to Pilates! We will take you through the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a slower paced class which will help to work on form and familiarity with the exercises used. No previous Pilates experience necessary.
Reformer Class - Intermediate 50 minutes
Experience a faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class you will build upon what you have learned. The exercise become more difficult, we work with small props to continue to challenge the body and we work on transition and fluidity. Clients should be injury free. Instructor approval required. Prerequisite Notes Teacher authorization to participate in this level.
Reformer/Tower Combination Class - 50 minutes
Work your body like you never thought possible! Using the combination of these two apparatuses you will lengthen and strengthen muscles without adding bulk. This workout is designed to work those deepest abdominal muscles while dramatically sculpting your legs, butt, arms and back. You will leave this class having worked the entire body – feeling totally exhilarated!
Tower Class - 50 minutes
Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
